How Do I Pay?

You can place an order on our web site and pay with a major credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Sorry but we cannot accept checks or money orders.

We offer a "3 easy payments" feature on most of our products (Visa & Mastercard only). You will pay 1/3 of the cost of your product, tax and shipping and then we ship your product out right away to enjoy! Then over the next 2 months, you will pay the second and third payments. No interest will be charged. An email notification will be sent when an installment is coming due.

International Orders

Yes we ship internationally! For shipping options and quotes, put an item in your Cart, then enter your country and zip code. Paradise Galleries is NOT responsible for the tax/customs/duties fees that will be charged by the buyer's respective country. These fees are NOT included in the shipping and handling fees that Paradise Galleries charges. These are some of the countries that charge tax and customs fees - United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil and Canada. For buyers from other countries, please make sure you know whether or not your country make these charges.

Once doll has shipped, tracking information will be sent.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax of 8% is charged for all orders shipped to California (8% to San Diego County).

When Will My Order Arrive

In-stock dolls are shipped the day after we receive a paid or credit-approved order. For temporarily out-of-stock items you will receive an email notification along with the forecasted delivery date. * For orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time, please add an additional day for delivery.

What If I Did Not Purchase My Dolls From Paradise Galleries?

For items purchased from another seller in such marketplaces we will not be able to honor and will VOID our Paradise Promise warranty because we can't guarantee the condition of other sellers dolls.  If you have any questions about our Paradise Promise please contact customer service to 1-800-67-DOLLS.

 

What's the difference between GentleTouch and FlexTouch Vinyl?

How do I care for my doll?

Why does my doll not look like the pictures?

The dolls pictured on our website are made directly from the artist's sculpt. Some changes may occur between this version and the manufactured version. We strive for the highest quality and standards for each and every doll we produce.

If for any reason you are not happy with your doll, please email cs@paradisegalleries so that we can resolve the issue.

 

Why is my doll turning black/blue?

Your doll is made from a luxurious vinyl. Unfortunately, certain dyed fabrics can transfer color to your doll's skin. Make sure that any clothing that did not come with the doll is pre-washed to avoid transferring dyes to your doll's skin. You may also want to avoid dark-toned clothing on the especially light skin tones to prevent this problem.

 

I see that most of your dolls are intended for ages 14+, can they also be given to kids younger than 14?

We do not recommend that these dolls are given to children younger than 14. They have not been through our rigorous safety testing to ensure the safety of your children.

If you are shopping for a younger child, we recommend you explore the options rated for Ages 3+/6+. These dolls have been tested to be safe for ages 3+/6+.
