How do I pay?

You can place an order on our web site and pay with a major credit card*, debit card, or PayPal. At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders. 

*Paradise Galleries is not responsible for bank charges caused by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX accepting a charge that causes a customer to exceed his or her available credit limit or debitable funds. All orders subject to acceptance.

Interest Free Installments!

At Paradise Galleries, we are pleased to offer our loyal customers interest free installments for all orders made on our website. We currently offer customers the ability to split their payments into 3 installments spread over 3 months or 4 installments every 2 weeks.

International Orders

Yes we ship internationally! For shipping options and quotes, put an item in your Cart, then enter your country and zip code.

International orders are NOT eligible for any FREE Shipping Offers.

Paradise Galleries is NOT responsible for the tax/customs/duties fees that will be collected upon delivery.
All countries around the globe have different tax/duties/customs rates. Please inquire from your local post for accurate information.

For UK customers, please read:
The UK VAT laws that came into force on January 1, 2021 resulted in new VAT requirements for sales equal to or less than 135 GBP.
Under the new laws, Paradise Galleries will be collecting 20% Sales Tax upon checkout for orders equal to or less than 135 GBP.
Above this amount, no Sales Tax will be collected at checkout but buyer will pay for Import Tax and Import Duty at the time of delivery.

Once doll has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?

What If I Did Not Purchase My Dolls From Paradise Galleries?

For items purchased from another seller in such marketplaces we will not be able to honor and will VOID our Paradise Promise warranty because we can't guarantee the condition of other sellers' dolls.  If you have any questions about our Paradise Promise please contact customer service to 1-800-67-DOLLS (1-800-673-6557).

Are your Vinyls BPA free?

Yes! Our trademarked FlexTouch, GentleTouch and SoftTouch vinyls are BPA-free, have been tested and approved to make the highest quality dolls in the industry.

How do I care for my doll?

Why is my doll turning black/blue?

Your doll is made from a luxurious vinyl. Unfortunately, certain dyed fabrics can transfer color to your doll's skin. Make sure that any clothing that did not come with the doll is pre-washed to avoid transferring dyes to your doll's skin. You may also want to avoid dark-toned clothing on the especially light skin tones to prevent this problem.

Do you have dolls that are perfect for kids under 14?

Yes, we have dolls that have been safely tested for kids 3+. Click here to view all of them. 

Are your dolls posable?

All of our dolls are relatively poseable, however, just like a human baby, you may need to support or prop them to let them stay/pose in a desired position.

Where are your dolls made?

Our dolls are designed in our sunny California office. Paradise Galleries dolls get manufactured in many different factories to ensure that the quality of our dolls is nothing but the best.

Can I bathe your dolls?

Unfortunately we do not recommend that you wet/bathe your dolls because their bodies are made of weighted cloth to allow for a more realistic weight and feel. Dolls should be stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
