Q: I have pre-ordered Big Boy, but I just read the review that said that Big Boy's GentleTouch™ Vinyl limbs are stiff and inflexible, similar to Adora baby dolls. I own (and love) Smitten Kitten whose GentleTouch™ Vinyl limbs are certainly soft and flexible. Now I am concerned that there is a difference between these two dolls' vinyl arms and legs. Is that true? Thanks.

Q: This isn't a question, just an observation. I use to make reborn dolls and hand painted hair on many of my dolls. Whoever does your painting does a terrible job. A newborn's hair doesn't look like the painted hair I see on your dolls. Long dark strokes of paint without regard to the way hair grows or how fine a newborn's hair looks is really careless on the part of your artist's. I suggest they all take the time to study newborn hair and perhaps slow down a bit when painting. I know they're trying to get dolls made as quickly as possible but for what people are paying for these dolls they deserve the artist's best work. Just my opinion but the reason I won't buy any of your dolls with painted heads. Otherwise I love your dolls and have many of them, all with hair.
