In The Spotlight: Meet Rocio! 

Paradise Galleries is truly blessed with the most creative and passionate team who genuinely wants to bring happiness through our dolls across the world. Seeing cheerful smiles from our customers brings us encouragement & happiness, and one of our team members who makes that happen is our Customer Service Manager, Rocio. Learn a bit about her and discover her favorite PG doll!

🌸 Tell us a little bit about yourself

Hi, my name is Rocio, Customer Service Manager at Paradise Galleries. I knew from a young age I wanted to help others and have many dogs. You can say my dreams are coming true working in customer service and having four furry friends. I also have my Certification as a Medical Assistant but decided that while I wanted to help others, this was not my field. I decided to branch out and wanted something more direct with customers. A year later and here I am, working for Paradise Galleries and having the best team of people around me.

I married my soulmate 5 years ago and have two wonderful children. I am also a furry momma of 4 dogs. My house is always full of laughter and barking. We currently live in Corona, California and love to call this city home. In my free time I like to do wood work with my husband and crafts with my children. Walks with four dogs can be chaotic so we like to ride our bikes and put the dogs in our wagon.

Working directly with our customers has been an amazing journey! I love seeing all the feedback we get and all the lovely images you share with us. Making sure your dolls get delivered to you safely and in perfect condition is what I’m here for.

🌸 What has been your proudest moment at Paradise Galleries?

I always feel proud of myself and my team when we help a customer and they come back to give positive feedback and a simple Thank you.

🌸 Tell us three words to describe yourself?

Energetic, positive and creative.

🌸 What's your favorite part of working at PG?

Working directly with our customers to ensure that they are happy with their purchase. Also, having an amazing team that supports me and is always willing to teach me something new.

🌸 Tell us 1 thing from your bucket list you still need to check off

I’ve always wanted to go on a cruise. Till this day that’s something I need to cross off my bucket list.

🌸 Even though we know it's like picking a favorite child, which doll is your favorite?

Paradise Galleries does not make it easy to pick just one. However, Baby Bella is just absolutely beautiful to me!
