Make a Two Minute No Sew Diaper!

It's craft time! Learn how to make doll diapers for your beloved reborn babies and toddler dolls at home. With these simple and easy steps, you can create and customize your own no-sew diapers that take no more than 2 minutes to make (no sewing machine needed!). Get ready and follow the step-by-step guide below.

Materials needed:

Wool felt fabric sheet
Fabric scissor
Adhesive Velcro

STEP 1

Start by laying your felt sheet flat on your working table. Make sure that the size of the sheet can fit your baby doll's bottom.

STEP 2

Fold the sheet in half, lengthwise and trace quarter circles onto the folded edge of the felt. You can use a water flask, bowl or any round material to guide.

STEP 3

Using the traced circles, carefully cut curves with your scissor.

STEP 4

On the top half of felt, trim 1-2 inches off the top edge of the felt to create a tab on the back half of the felt. (See image for reference)

STEP 5

Now it's time to add Velcro to the back tabs on both sides. You may try this on your doll to get the right Velcro placement. 

STEP 6

Viola, you've just made your no-sew diaper! Bring the back tabs around to the front and press the Velcro pieces together to close the diaper.  To make it adjustable, you can add more dots or use a strip of Velcro across the front instead.
