As the daughter of celebrated doll artist Karen Scott, Rachel Scott was literally born to sculpt. Born in Grand Blanc, Michigan, she’s been studying under her mother’s expert tutelage since age sixteen. “Shy Violet” is her first creation for the Treasury Collection.
