Pat Moulton

Pat Moulton has been sculpting for 30 years. She started out doing adult portrait sculpts and soon moved on to sculpting children. About 7 years ago Pat found a new love; sculpting babies. From that point on this has become her first love becoming the first artist to create a reborn vinyl doll kit, and the first to create babies in silicone vinyl. As the mother of 3 grown children, two girls and one boy and the proud grandmother to 3 boys and one girl, Pat says, "they are the highlight of my life and at times have been the inspiration for my sculpts."

As an artist, Pat strives for the best and feels that each year she learns as much as she can through her sculpting and teaching; including creating educational sculpting DVD's, inventing eye sculpting tools and armatures to help others learn the art of sculpting and always pushing herself to learn new things..

Over the years Pat has won many awards including the honor of receiving the Doty Industries Choice Award from 2002 to 2009, Dolls Awards of Excellence honors from 1999-2008 and in 2009 she has won 2 awards at Tiny Treasures.

Pat has recently taken on a new adventure when she taught herself how to make a Ball Jointed Doll. It took her 2 months to do this, but her efforts paid off as she won a Nomination for a Dolls Awards Of Excellence and a first place ribbon for her BJD at the 2009 Tiny Treasures show.

Pat says, she will continue to give the very best that she can and thanks all of her peers and collectors for their support!
