How do I pay?
Each collectible may be purchased in convenient monthly installments. Only the first installment is required for shipment, with the balance billed in installments as noted in this site. If the first payment is made by credit card, the following installment(s) will be automatically charged each month. If you prefer to be billed for the first installment, please indicate "Bill Me" when you submit the order form.
Paradise Galleries® is not responsible for bank charges caused by Visa, Mastercard or Discover accepting a charge that causes a customer to exceed his or her available credit limit or debitable funds. All orders subject to acceptance. |

What are my shipping options?
Standard shipping is via US mail, usually the day after we receive an order for in-stock items. We will notify you if any item is temporarily out of stock. Please allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
Standard shipping and handling is charged per product based on the shipping weight of the product. This is shown under each product's item number or listing ID. For delivery to US states and territories outside the continental US, add $6.50 per item to the standard shipping fee. For delivery to military addresses, add $15 per item to the standard shipping fee.
For faster delivery, choose FedEx with no signature required service. Extra charges per item are based on the regular S&H shown under each product's item number or listing ID. You can expedite your entire order or just individual dolls within the order. The extra charge is added to our standard shipping and handling charge; you will be billed based on your order's total dollar value plus the extra charge for each item you would like expedited. Offer available to street addresses in the continental United States only. Expedited shipping is only applicable to in-stock items. Express shipping charges are not refundable and second day shipping must be prepaid via credit card.

When will my order arrive?
In-stock dolls are shipped the day after we receive a paid or credit-approved order. For out of stock items, you will see estimated availability date in your shopping cart.

What is your return policy?
If you are not delighted with your purchase any time within 30 days of shipment, we will gladly buy it back for the item price--no conditions, no exceptions. Simply return it in its original packaging and specify whether you prefer a replacement or refund. Send your returns via FedEx ground or insured mail to:

What are your dolls made of?
Paradise Galleries dolls are hand crafted in the finest Bisque Porcelain, soft and life-like Gentle Touch™ Vinyl or our exclusive Porcelain-look resilient Caressalyn™ Vinyl.
Generally, porcelain dolls have porcelain head and limbs, with a stuffed body to allow for greater posability. Our baby dolls are mostly crafted in soft and lifelike Gentle Touch™ Vinyl which is ideal to capture the minute details of the artist sculpts and the folds and creases of the heads and limbs. Most non-baby dolls made in vinyl are crafted in Porcelain-look resilient Caressalyn™ Vinyl. This material emulates find bisque porcelain with a petal smooth finish as seen on some vinyl children dolls. |

Where do your dolls come from?
Our imported products are handcrafted by experienced doll makers. They are reproductions of original works of art created by doll artists, many of whom are internationally renowned and honored with numerous awards. Each doll expresses the artist's own choice of fashion and expression. Paradise Galleries makes no claim or warranty that the original artist designs are authentically costumed for a particular place, era, nationality or ethnic group. Our artist reproduction dolls come with a Certificate of Authenticity, verifying that your doll is an authentic Paradise Galleries reproduction of the artist's original. |

What is the difference between Dreams and Treasure Dolls and Treasury Collection Dolls?
Treasury Collection dolls are designed by named international doll artists and reproduced for you in painstaking detail. Dreams and Treasures dolls are created by a team of in-house artists that are not individually named. All Paradise Galleries dolls are imported. |

What are firing days?
Paradise Galleries porcelain dolls are issued in Premiere Editions limited to 100 firing days. "Firing Days" refers to the days on which porcelain parts for the dolls are fired, or vitrified in large kilns. Each doll created from the porcelain parts is then individually hand-numbered. |

Why is black porcelain special?
Black porcelain is especially valued by doll collectors because of its relative rarity. The clay itself is colored and less readily available. Moreover, the black porcelain is more fragile in the kiln and many more pieces are lost in firing. Thus, the end product is far more costly to produce. Paradise Galleries® employs authentic black porcelain, never painted white porcelain. |
