I recently received my first little boy and I adore him. I wasn’t sure if I would like a “sleeping” baby but he is beautiful with his stuffed animal, pacifier, and peaceful face. He feels so real and comforting to hold. It reminds me of when my children, and grandchildren were small. I have never been disappointed in any of my Paradise Gallery babies.

"Wishes and dreams" has the sweetest little face and the painting is good quality for this type of product. The outfit and accessories are very cute. The magnetic pacifier function is a definite plus. Newborn sizes fit well, including diapers. However, because the doll is a 3/4 length legged doll, you will find it wider in the hip area. In addition, this seems to be where the doll carries its weighting (in its belly/bottom). I do not believe there are plugs so the arms, legs, and head do not rotate/move. The hair...is soft, but a nightmare. It seems well rooted though. (TLDR: TOO FRAGILE FOR YOUNGER COLLECTORS. YET, MAY NOT BE REALISTIC ENOUGH FOR OLDER COLLECTORS, MOSTLY DUE TO WEIGHTING AND MOVEMENTS.)
My final thought: Wishes and dreams is cute. The hair would prevent me from labelling this doll as one appropriate for children under about 10 or 12 years of age. Depending on the child. However, its lack of/inadequate ring system and the weighting (approximely 2 to 3 pounds) make the doll too unrealistic for some in the reborn community. Those talented enough may find fixing these issues simple enough. Others may not.
Still very cute and worth the joy she brings me mam.

It’s also useful to keep in mind that baby clothing/shoes also varies by brand, so it is best to try a few sizes on your doll when you get your Wishes and Dreams home to see what works the best.
