The artist, Linda Spahic, has been living with her husband for 28 years now with their three sons. She started reproducing dolls in 1987 and pursued the hobby by sculpting dolls in Norway, where they have lived for a year. She was inspired with Rolanda Heimer’s realistic babies. Since then, she has been nominated twice for the Dolls Awards of Excellence, and have already won the Best Sculpture award at one of Seely’s doll shows in Vancouver, Canada a few years ago where she used to do porcelain dolls. She now loves to sculpt really newborn babies, but also enjoy sculpting the different expressions of the little older babies in polymer clay. This artist really loves dolls particularly, baby dolls.
