Doll artist Jane Pinkstaff was a successful businesswoman before discovering her true calling. Largely self-taught, she has been creating original baby and child dolls for almost ten years. She quickly became known for strikingly realistic baby dolls like "Sean" and "Madeline," her first efforts for the Treasury Collection.
The mother of two grown children, Ms. Pinkstaff lives in Livonia, Michigan with her husband and tells us, "I am still amazed that it took me almost 49 years to discover the most enjoyable part of my life - sculpting and ultimately bringing to life one-of-a-kind, original baby dolls!"
